Stress is a normal reaction,the body has when changes occur.It is the body reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response.The body reacts to these changes with physical,mental and emotional responses. Stress is a normal part of life. As a part of two year B.ed curriculum, the second semester contains a practical session of stress management.In this Covid situation,our college was conducted on Online workshop "STRESS MANAGMENT"on Google meet platform.The resource person of this session was Mrs.NISHA T.MUHAMMED ,Lecturer,Bhavanas Vidhya Mandir Pathanamthitta.It was held on18 Juliy 2020 from 3.00 to 4.30 pm. The section was interactive ,engaged and enjoyable also.workshop completely focused on stress Through this section I got a clear idea about stress management.
